Several local businesses have come together to provide this free, valuable resource for the community and All Saints Church have kindly agreed to let us use their cafe to host it.
Menopause Cafe is an existing charity movement which started in Perth, Scotland and is now world-wide with volunteers hosting pop up events in the UK, Bahrain, Mexico, USA, Austria and India. Kirsty Wark is the patron.

The aim is to provide a safe, supportive space for people to come together and share their experiences of menopause all over a cuppa. We share advice, information and can signpost to relevant resources and its completely FREE!
The next cafe which is happening on Friday March 8th 10.30am - 12pm in the cafe at All Saints Church Kingston. I have also included the dates for the next ones coming up which also include a couple of Saturdays..
